Bengaluru: A dermatologist has been arrested for allegedly sexually harassing a 21-year-old woman during a consultation at his private clinic in central Bengaluru. As per a recent media report in the Times of India, the local police arrested the 56-year old doctor after the woman lodged a complaint accusing him of taking advantage of her being alone at the clinic on Saturday evening. He has been remanded in judicial custody. A case has been registered under Sections 75 (sexual harassment) and 79 (word, gesture or act intended to insult the modesty of a woman) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS).
