AIIMS Patna Mentor-Mentee Program for MBBS Batch 2021 and 2022

Patna: All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS Patna) is set to conduct a Mentor-Mentee Program for MBBS Batch 2021 and 2022. The list of students selected has been released along with PG Students and Faculty (mentor) details.

Released Lists

Three lists have been released:

  • MBBS Boys 2022
  • MBBS 2021 Boys
  • MBBS 2021 and 2022 Girls

Program Implementation

With the approval of the Competent Authority, the Mentor-Mentee Program is being implemented for MBBS 2021 & MBBS 2022 batches at AIIMS Patna. One Faculty and one PG student have been associated with two MBBS students. Male students have been associated with male Faculty & PG students, and female students have been associated with female Faculty & PG students.

Responsibilities of Mentors (Teacher)

  • To interact with the mentee and act as a guide to them.
  • To care for mentees at a personal level beyond academic hours.
  • To link mentees, their families, and the administration.
  • To guide their overall development, including academics.
  • Relationships should be maintained at the personal/family level, but the mentor can bring any matter to the administration if they think so.
  • A report of the meeting with a mentee can be sent to the dean's office as and when required.

Responsibilities of Mentees (Students)

  • To meet the mentors at the earliest.
  • To give due respect and time to mentors.
  • To inform the guardian about their mentor.
  • Meet the mentor at least once a month.
