Gujarat MBBS, BDS Admissions 2025: Check round 3 allotment, reporting schedule

Gujarat:The Admission Committee for Professional Undergraduate Medical Educational Courses (ACPUGMEC), Government of Gujarat, has announced the schedule for the third round of allotment and reporting for admission toMBBSandBDScourses for the academic year 2025-26. The schedule applies to all eligible candidates listed in the ACPUGMEC merit list, including those seeking admission under Government, Management, andNRI quotaseats in Government and Self-Financed Medical and Dental Colleges across the state. According to the advertisement issued by the ACPUGMEC in this regard, candidates can pay the Tuition Fees online till 07 November 2025 and report and submission of the original document till 08 November 2025. Below is the detailed schedule:- Online Payment of Tuition Fees. 03 November 2025 07 November 2025 03:00 pm Payment of Tuition Fees at the designated branch of HDFC Bank. 04 November 2025 10:30 pm 07 November 2025 03:00 pm Reporting & Original Document Submission at Help Centre. 04 November 2025 10:00 am 08 November 2025 12:00 Noon STEPS FOR ADMISSION CONFIRMATION STEP 1-Open the website for UG admission. STEP 2-Log in to your account. STEP 3-Check your Allotment status. STEP 4-Print the Allotment letter and take an appointment at the nearby help centre from your login (For NRI students, GMERS Medical College, Gandhinagar Only). STEP 5-Print the fees challan (for all students) & Do Online payment through the ACPUGMEC portal. STEP 6-Go to the nearby designated HDFC bank (fees can be deposited by means of Cash or DD Only). STEP 7-If you have paid fees at the Bank counter, collect the fees receipt provided by HDFC Bank and also your fees challan stamped by HDFC Bank. STEP 8-Visit the selected help centre for an appointment with the Original Documents mentioned in the Allotment letter, with a fees receipt and challan certified by HDFC bank. STEP 9-Submit original documents in A3 (11*15 inches). Appropriate size cover with your details written on it (as per website) with a fees receipt.
