International Women's Day Celebration by IMA Women Doctor Wing Goa State
Panaji: Indian Medical Association (IMA) Women Doctor Wing Goa State organised International Women's Day on March 10 at Framagudi, Ponda.
According to a statement here, the inaugural ceremony started with a welcome address by State Chairperson Dr Purnima Usgaonker. Traditional lamp was lit at the hands of the IMA State President Dr Anil Mehndiratta and the felicities present.

IMA Woman Doctor Wing (WDW) Goa state Directory was also released at the hands of State President Dr Anil Mehndiratta. This was followed by felicitation of the Senior members for their commendable service in the medical and social field:

- Dr Laxmi Gaunekar from Tiswadi
- Dr Sushma Parsekar from Bardez
- Dr Rajnanda Desai from Mormugao
- Dr Seema Diwani from CQS
- Dr Sudha Vaidhya from Ponda
