WBMCC Announces Counselling Schedule For UG AYUSH Mop-Up Round, Check Details

West Bengal: The West Bengal Main Computerized Counselling (WBMCC) has begun the registration process for the mop-up round for UG AYUSH courses. The detailed schedule has been released in this regard.
Per the notice, the registration process can be carried out till 5th January 2023, midnight. The document verification process of eligible candidates who have not done it before at the designated Medical College in Kolkata as per the acknowledgement slip will be done on 6th January 2023 (10:00 am to 4:00 pm). On 6th January 2023, after 6:00 pm, the eligible candidate's list and seat matrix will be published.
Further, the choice filling process can be carried out from 6th January 2023, 7:00 pm till 7th January 2023, 11:00 am. The provisional results will be declared after 2:00 pm on 10th January 2023. The admission process will be carried out on 11th January 2023 and 13th January 2023 (10:00 am to 4:00 pm). The candidates will have to physically report to the allotted colleges with the required original documents, one set self-attested photocopy of the said documents and the required college fee and bond/bank guarantee (as applicable at the allotted college).

New registration is allowed for eligible candidates who have not registered yet. The candidates who have not reported to the allotted seat in round 2 of WB UG AYUSH 2022 counselling can take part in the mop-up round provided they are still eligible as per stated rules and provided they pay the counselling fee as a penalty once again through their login.
The candidates, who have not verified earlier after registration and fee payment, can do so during the document verification stage. The earlier acknowledgement slip would indicate the document verification venue.
The following are the candidates who are not eligible for this round -
1. Admitted candidates in WB UG Medical and Dental seats 2022.
2. Admitted candidates as per the list provided by All India Counseling Authority on their website, www.mcc.nic.in.
3. Non-eligible candidate list published by AACCC on their website.
4. Still remaining admitted candidates in WB UG AYUSH 2022 counselling after completing the Round 2 admission process.
WBMCC has further notified that if any candidate is found to be remaining admitted in any other course during the time of the admission process of WB UG AYUSH mop-up 2022, such candidates will not be allowed to get admission in the allotted college in mop-up till they duly surrender the previously admitted seat (if otherwise allowed for such surrender) and provides all the relevant original documents for admission process.
The seat matrix will be provided after converting the remaining AIQ seats of the Private AYUSH colleges to the State Quota and providing the caste reservation per the policy of Govt. of West Bengal in such seats.
There will be fresh choice filling for all the eligible candidates for allotment consideration in the mop-up round. If the otherwise eligible candidates do not fill up the fresh choices and save and lock them, then the software cannot consider them for allotment purposes.
