TN Health Announces 2nd Walk-In Counselling Schedule For UG AYUSH Courses

Tamil Nadu: Tamil Nadu Health (TN Health) has announced the 2nd walk-in counselling schedule for management quota seats and government-surrendered seats in self-financing IM&H Medical Colleges ( BSMS, BAMS, BHMS) Academic year 2022-23.
As per the notice, the last date for submission of a filled-in application (Directly) till 1.3.2023, up to 10:00 am.
Application and processing fee -
Government surrendered seats –
1. Cost of application – Rs 500 (While Counselling, By Cash)
2. Processing fee for Counselling - Rs 500 (While Counselling, By Cash)
Management quota seats –
1. Cost of application - Rs 1000 (While Counselling, By Cash)
2. Processing fee for Counselling - Rs 1000 (While Counselling, By Cash)
For SC/ST Candidates Cost of the application fee is exempted.

Instructions to the candidates for –
1. This counselling is for candidates who have secured NEET UG Marks of more than 117 OC candidates and more than 93 for BC, BCM, MBC, DNC, SC, SCA & ST candidates.
2. For Government Surrendered Walk-in Application with all necessary documents such as Higher Secondary Certificate, Community Certificate, NEET Score card of NEET UG 2022, TC should be sent to the Selection Committee on or before 01.03.2023, 10.00 am and the Candidates should come in person for spot admission.
3. All candidates have to apply new application form for admission to BSMS, BAMS and BHMS Courses.
4. Special categories like Ex-Servicemen, Sports, Persons with disabilities, etc., are not included.
5. Eligible candidates: candidates who have appeared in NEET UG 2022 and secured Marks more than 117 for OC candidates and more than 93 for BC, BCM, MBC, DNC, SC, SCA & ST candidates.
6. Candidates aged more than 17 years. For other details, refer prospectus for UG Courses 2022-23.
7. Merit list for Counseling will be displayed in our Selection Committee around noon on 01.03.2023.
8. The candidates should be physically present with all Original certificates for verification. If candidates are studying in college, a Bonafide certificate from that college should be submitted.
9. The counselling will be conducted per the merit list for this counselling; allotment will be made as per existing vacancies based on their turn and community vacancy as per rules and regulations of Govt. of Tamil Nadu.
10. The decision by the Director, Directorate of Indian Medicine, Govt. of Tamil Nadu, is final in case of any discrepancy.
Not Eligible –
1. Candidates who have joined AYUSH courses in State Counselling by Selection Committee (Indian Medicine), Govt. of Tamil Nadu or All India AYUSH Counselling Committee (AACCC) by Govt. of India are not eligible for counselling.
2. Candidates scoring lesser than the marks mentioned in Clause 1.
3. Candidates are occasionally declared ineligible by the All India Ayush Counselling Committee(AACCC) by Govt. of India.

Payment of fees for Self Financing Colleges under Govt. Surrendered seats – Rs 10000 (If seat is allotted in self-financing colleges under govt. Surrendered seats, By Cash)
Management quota seats –
Payment of fees for Self-Financing Colleges under Govt. Surrendered seats – Rs 25000 (If seat is allotted in self-financing colleges under govt. Surrendered seats, By Cash)
