Mumbai:Sanofi Indiahas announced theappointmentof Haresh Vala as the new Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company, effective October 1, 2025. Vala will also serve as a Key Managerial Personnel and Senior Management Personnel of the company. This appointment comes following the resignation of Arjun Thakkar, who will step down from his role as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer at the close of business on September 30, 2025. Thakkar is transitioning to a new position within the Sanofi group. Consequently, he will also cease to be a Key Managerial Personnel and Senior Management Personnel of Sanofi India from the same date.
