Renowned ENT Surgeon Dr Naresh Panda Joins Max Super Specialty Hospital Mohali

Mohali: Dr Naresh Kumar Panda, a distinguished ENT specialist with 37 years of experience, has been appointed as the Director of the Department of ENT at Max Super Specialty Hospital, Mohali.
Dr Panda, who previously served as a consultant ENT specialist at Post Graduate Institute of Medical Education and Research (PGI) Chandigarh, and held the position of Head of Department for 20 years, brings a wealth of expertise to his new role. He also served as Dean of Academics at PGIMER, Chandigarh.

According to the Northlines, Dr Panda has performed over 600 cochlear implant surgeries in the past two decades. His areas of specialization include cochlear implantation, otological procedures, head and neck surgeries (including thyroid and parotid surgeries), endoscopic sinus surgery, and transoral robotic surgery. He has also made significant contributions as a former President and Dean of the Indian Academy of Otorhinolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery.
In addition to his clinical work, Dr Panda is recognized as an Honorary Fellow of the Indian Academy of Otorhinolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery and holds memberships in several prestigious organizations, including the Association of Otolaryngologists of India, the Indian Society of Otology, and the Foundation for Head and Neck Oncology. He is also a Fellow of the International College of Surgeons and a member of the Faculty of Surgical Trainers at the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh, UK.
