PG medical admissions 2025: CEE Kerala deadline to candidates to rectify application deficiencies, check details

Thiruvananthapuram:The Office of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE), Government of Kerala, has released the 'defective list' of PG medical candidateswho have defects in the application/uploaded documents. According to the official notification, the published list includes candidates withdeficiencies in their documents related to reservation categories, including NRI quota applicants. The list is available on the website of CEE kerala - under the link titled‘Defective List’. Applicants can log in to the‘PG Medical 2025 Candidate Portal’using their application number and password to check their individual deficiencies. The details of the defects are provided under the‘Memo Details’section of each candidate’s profile. The last date toupload the necessary documents onlineand rectify the noted deficiencies isOctober 27, 2025 (5:00 PM). The notification clearly states thatno further opportunitywill be provided for corrections. Candidates who fail to correct the defects in theirNativity documentswithin the stipulated time willlose eligibility for reservation benefits, even if valid documents were uploaded later for other reservation claims. The notice stated, "The list of applicants who have applied for admission to PG Medical Courses for the academic year 2025–26, and who have deficiencies in their documents related to reservation categories (including NRI), has been published on the website. The list can be accessed by clicking the link titled ‘Defective List’ available on the website. To rectify these deficiencies, candidates must log in to the ‘PG Medical 2025 Candidate Portal’ using their application number and password. On their profile page, candidates can view the details of the defects under the ‘Memo Details’ menu. The last date for uploading the necessary documents online to rectify these defects is 27.10.2025, 5.00 PM. No further opportunity will be given for correction. Candidates who fail to rectify the defects in their Nativity documents within the stipulated time will not be considered for any reservation benefits, irrespective of having uploaded valid documents for reservation claims."
