PG AYUSH Admissions: DME Gujarat Releases Eligible, Ineligible List Of Candidates, Choice Filling Guidelines For Leftover Vacant Seats

Gujarat: The Director of Medical Education (DME Gujarat) has released the list of eligible and non-eligible candidates list for the PG AYUSH counseling process for left over vacant seats after exhaustion of merit list. The guidelines for choice filling have also been released.
The eligible list includes USER ID, COURSE NAME, ROLL NO, AIQ RANK, SCORE, PERCENTILE, NAME, GMERIT, and CATEGORY. The candidates are eligible for the following categories: Open, SEBC, EWS, SC, and ST. Whereas the non-eligible list includes USER ID, COURSE NAME, ROLL NO, AIQ RANK, SCORE, PERCENTILE, NAME, CATEGORY, dq_reason. The reason for non-eligibility has also been mentioned in the list. The detailed lists are enclosed in the notice below.
The guidelines for choice filling –
The options available are –
Available Choice: The candidates can see all available choices -
The candidates need to check the annual fees and term fees. They have to pay term fees at the time of admission.
The choices can be filtered by branch, subject, institute type, seat type, and institute. The candidates can add an unlimited number of choices. They can move and delete their choices according to their preference. Choices can be arranged by serial number.

Fill choice: to start the choice-filling process -
1. Blue: Govt. Institute / Brown: SFI institute
2. GQ: Government Quota, MQ: Management Quota, AQ: AIQ seats SFI College
After saving and exiting the choices page, the candidates can review their choices. Click on modify choices to modify choices. After typing 14-digit PIN no., the candidates can lock their choices. They can again Unlock choices after entering 14-digit PIN No. to modify the choices. If they fail to lock choices, it will be automatically locked on the last day.
Print-filled choice: after locking the choices, the candidates can take the printout of their choice list –
The candidates must take printouts of their locked choices. Whenever any query arises, the committee will consider print-out of their locked choices only.

1. Choice Filling – up to 15/12/2023 05:00 pm
2. Display of Seat Allotment - 15/12/2023 09:00 pm
3. Online Payment OR Payment of Fees at designated branch Axis Bank - 15/12/2023 11:00 pm - 16/12/2023 01:00 pm
4. Reporting at Help Center - 16/12/2023 10:00 am - 16/12/2023 03:00 pm
