Odisha: Odisha Joint Entrance Examination (OJEE) has announced the schedule for second-round counselling for admission to BHMS and BAMS courses.
As per the notice, the choice filling process will be activated on 3rd October 2023, from 11:00 AM. The registration and choice locking process will end on 4th October, 2023, at 11:59 PM. On 5th October 2023, the reconciliation of data, verification, and validation of allocated seats will be done.
The downloading of the provisional allotment letter can be done on 6th October 2023, 5:00 PM. Reporting at OJEE Cell Gandamunda for Provisional Admission will be carried out from 10th October 2023, 10:00 AM to 11th October 2023, 5:00 PM. On the day of reporting, the following activities will be carried out - document verification and deposit of admission fees, exercise of freeze/ float option for all newly allotted candidates.

All upgraded candidates are required to report at OJEE Cell Gandamunda to collect the new allotment letter and to surrender the allotment letter of the previous round. The withdrawal/exit from the seat allocation process can be carried out from 26th September 2023, 10:00 AM to 5th October 2023, up to 5:00 PM.
The guidelines and schedule for 3rd round of counseling for admission to BHMS/BAMS Courses shall be notified later. The candidates need to keep track of the official website of OJEE for further updates.
Consequent upon the provisions of the Odisha Professional Educational Institutions (Regulation of Admission and Fixation of Fee) Act,2007, the Odisha Joint Entrance Examination Committee was formed on the recommendation of the Policy Planning Body with due approval by the Government (Skill Development and Technical Education Department ) for the purpose of holding Common Entrance Examinations and conducting counseling process for admission to various Undergraduate / Postgraduate Level Professional Courses in the State of Odisha.
