NTA Declares NEET 2023 Exam Dates For Manipur Candidates, Check Out Details

Manipur: National Testing Agency (NTA) to conduct NEET UG 2023 in Manipur. The agency had cancelled the exam due to violence in the state. After carefully reviewing the law-and-order situation in consultation with the State Administration of Manipur and the State Government of Manipur, the decision has been taken.
The exam will be conducted in pen and paper mode between 03 June 2023 and 05 June 2023. The option to change the city for the examination is also available to those candidates in the State of Manipur who have not appeared in/ missed the NEET(UG) - 2023 due to the law & order situation, irrespective of whether they had downloaded their Admit Cards or not for these examinations.
One of the Cities in which the candidates of Manipur can opt for the examination mentioned above (s) are –
1. Aizawl (Mizoram)
2. Kohima/Dimapur (Nagaland)
3. Shillong (Meghalaya)
4. Guwahati (Assam)
5. Jorhat (Assam)
6. Silchar (Assam)
7. Kolkata (West Bengal)
8. Delhi
9. Bengaluru (Karnataka)
10. Imphal (Manipur)
The exam city option will be available to the candidates of Manipur through the Interactive Voice Response System (IVRS) facility during the period from 26 May 2023 (07.00 A.M.) to 30 May 2023 (07:00 P.M.). A message in this regard will be sent to each candidate on their mobile number registered with the online application form for the respective exam. The Candidates must use their registered Mobile Number to avail of this facility through IVRS.

Alternatively, the candidates may also contact/reach the office of the concerned city coordinator (Annexure 1 given in the notice below) in one of the Cities (as mentioned above) where they are presently living or they are interested in appearing in one of the exams above, in providing their exam city option with the name of examination and registered application number for the same, during the said period. The respective city coordinators of NTA will share immediately (after the last date/time as mentioned above) with NTA a consolidated List of the candidates (who have approached them/their office) with their application number, name of the exam, and preferred exam city.
The candidates can also contact NTA on the following telephone numbers: 011-40759000, 011- 69227700, from 07.00 A.M. of 26 May 2023 till 07.00 P.M. of 30 May 2023. The candidates can also send SMS regarding their City preference, application number and name of examination through the mobile number mentioned below for different cities.

On receipt of city change options from the willing/interested candidates through any of the above modes, they will be allocated an exam centre in the preferred city, and their admit cards will be issued accordingly online through the respective official exam portals of NTA NEET (UG) – 2023: https://neet.nta.nic.in/.
Efforts will be made to send SMS to the candidates concerned on their registered mobile numbers to confirm the change of exam city and/or to download admit card from the concerned Exam portal mentioned above. Further, these admit cards will also be available with the Help Centre in the office of the concerned city coordinator of NTA for collection by a candidate who could not download the same due to lack of Internet connectivity. These admit cards will also be available at the District Headquarters for groups by the candidates concerned or any authorised person.
