NEET PG, MDS Admission: DME Gujarat Extends Last Day For Choice Filling For Round 2

Gujarat: The Director of Medical Education (DME Gujarat) extended the choice filling for NEET PG and NEET MDS admission 2022-23.
As per the notice, the NEET PG and NEET MDS candidates of round 2 can do the choice filling till 28th October 2022, 5:00 pm. To participate, they must give consent from their login. They can change/swap/add/delete their filled choices.
The candidates (who have not been allotted any seat OR allotted seat but not confirmed OR confirmed their admission OR cancelled their admission during the previous round of admission) can participate in 2nd round, i.e., all the candidates who are included in the Merit-list of ACPPGMEC can participate in 2nd round of ACPPGMEC except the candidates, who have secured admission in 50% AIQ/Deemed/Central Universities/AFMS (MD/ MS/ Diploma) seats or PG DNB seats or seats of other state counselling.
Guidelines for choice filling –
1. Choice can be based on the following criteria - Specific Branch, Specific Institute/Place, Government or SFI, and Choice based on fees.
2. In the choice filling of 2nd round, Choices available for the Allotment of seats will be carried out as per the Closure of the first round.
3. If a candidate cannot secure the allotted seat for whatsoever reasons, such a candidate shall not be eligible to get admission in the same subject in the same institute in the successive rounds of counselling.
4. Available Choice: see all available choices.
5. Fill choice: to start the choice-filling process.
6. Print-filled choice: after locking the choices, your printout of the choices can be taken.
7. The choices can be filtered according to branch, subject, institute type, seat type, and institute.
8. An unlimited number of choices can be added.
9. Choices can be moved or deleted according to preference.
10. Choices can be arranged by serial number.
11. Choices can be added from the left side to the right side. Blue: Govt. Institute / Green: SFI institute, GQ: Government Quota/ MQ: Management Quota/ NQ: NRI quota.
12. After saving and exiting the choices page, choices can be reviewed.
13. Click on modify choices to modify choices.
14. After typing 14-digit PIN no., choices can be locked.
15. Printout of lock choices is mandatory. Therefore, the committee will only consider printouts of the locked choices whenever any query arises.
16. Choices can again be Un-Lock choices after entering 14-digit PIN No. to modify the choices.
17. If the candidates fail to lock choices, they will be automatically locked on the last day.
