Gujarat- The Director of Medical Education (DME) Gujarat has begun the online choice filling for the 4th Online stray vacancy round for National Eligibility and Entrance Test-Undergraduate (NEET UG) for the academic year 2024.
As per the schedule, the 4th Online Stray Vacancy Round Choice Filling will end on 26 October 2024, and the choices filled by the candidates will also be displayed on 26 October 2024. The schedule of Online choice filling for the 4th Online Stray Vacancy Round for all the eligible candidates who are included in the Merit List of ACPUGMEC, for admission of Government Seats, Management Seats of Medical & Dental Under-Graduate courses in Government and Self-Financed Colleges for the academic year 2024-25, is as follows-

GUIDELINES OF CHOICE FILLING
1 Online allotment of seats is done on the basis of merit cum choice in institutes permitted by the concerned council.
2 Candidates are instructed to fill all the available choices irrespective of the institute’s status (permitted /recognized) so that during the process of allotment if any institute gets permission, you can get admission in that seat.
3 For Online Choice Filling, visit the official website of DME Gujarat.
4 Choices can be decided by the candidate on the following criteria-
i Course of choice.
ii Institute/Place of choice.
iii Government or Self-financed Institute.
iv Tuition fees.
STEPS TO DO CHOICE FILLING
STEP 1- Click on the “Medical, Dental, Ayurvedic & Homeopathy” tab under “Undergraduate Admission”.
STEP 2- Click on the “Apply for Admission in Medical, Dental, Homeopathy, and Ayurvedic” button.
STEP 3- Click on “Candidate Registration/Login”.
STEP 4- Enter your USER ID (Sr No. of PIN), Password, 14-digit PIN, and Captcha & Click on the Submit button.
STEP 5- Click on “CHOICE DETAILS”.
STEP 6- Click on “Available Choice” to start the process of choice filling.
STEP 7- Click on “Fill Choice” to start the process of choice filling.
STEP 8- After saving and exiting the choices page, you can review your choices. Click on “Modify Choices” to modify your choices. After typing 14-digit PIN no., you can lock your choices after clicking on “Lock Choices”.
