NEET 2023: Top Medical Colleges Expected To Accept 300 - 400 Score For MBBS Admissions This Year

This year, NEET UG was conducted for 1,872,341 candidates at different centres in 499 cities throughout the country, including 14 cities outside India, on 07 May 2023 (Sunday) from 02:00 PM to 05:20 PM (Indian Standard Time).

The team reported that the National Testing Agency (NTA) would release the provisional answer key on the official website. The answer key is expected to be announced this week, and results will be announced in June.

The candidates will be able to check the provisional answer key by clicking "Candidate Activity" on the home page of the official website of NTA. The link will be available there.

Top Medical Colleges Expected to Accept Scores from 300 – 400

  • Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed University Medical College, Pune
  • Maharishi Markandeshwar Institute of Medical Sciences and Research, Mullana
  • Institute of Medical Sciences and SUM Hospital, Bhubaneswar
  • MGM Medical College, Aurangabad
  • MGM Medical College and Hospital, Navi Mumbai
  • Shri B M Patil Medical College, Vijayapur
  • Sri Siddhartha Medical College, Tumkur
  • Sri Ramachandra Medical College and Research Institute, Chennai
  • Yenepoya Medical College, Mangalore

These above medical colleges last year accepted NEET UG scores between 300 to 400. So this year also, these colleges are expected to do the same.

Minimum qualifying marks are yet to be announced. NTA will declare the minimum qualifying marks. Last year's minimum qualifying marks for the UR category were 147, 129 for SC/ST/OBC, and 131 for UR PwD candidates. The passing marks are calculated based on the difficulty level of the NEET exam, the number of candidates appearing for the exam, and the reservation policy.

Till now, no official announcements have been made on further updates of NEET UG. For the updates, the candidates need to keep track of the official website of NTA.
