NBE gives final opportunity to 2024 trainees for registration, warns of cancellation

New Delhi-The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) is granting a Final Opportunity for trainees of the 2024 Admission Session for Registration with NBEMS. As per the notice, the trainees who had joined DNB/Diploma courses for the 2024 admission session were required to submit their documents at the NBEMS Online Portal for Joining and Registration (OPJR). While reviewing the documents furnished by the trainees, it has been observed that some of the trainees have not submitted all the required documents despite multiple communications by NBEMS. Therefore, all such trainees are yet to be registered with NBEMS for DNB/Diploma courses. These candidates are hereby given the final opportunity to submit their prescribed documents only at OPJR, latest by 30th September 2025, failing which their candidature for the training programme shall be cancelled. The list has been released in a PDF format on the official website of NBE. A per the list, a total of 60 trainees have not submitted the prescribed documents for registration with NBEMS. The list also contains other important details such as NBEMS Course Joined, Roll Number of Entrance Exam, Name of Trainee, Name of Speciality and Name of Training Institute Meanwhile, a link is also mentioned in the notice for the online Portal for Joining and Registration (OPJR). This included all candidates who have joined seats allocated to them by MCC/NBEMS. In-service candidates joining the in-service quota seats and sponsored candidates joining the sponsored seats were also required to update their joining status at OPJR.
