Maharashtra University of Health Sciences (MUHS) Dissertation Submission

Maharashtra University of Health Sciences (MUHS) has informed about the submission of dissertations through the online system for postgraduate courses under the Faculty of Ayurveda, Unani & Homoeopathy appearing for summer 2023 university examinations.

The University has decided to accept copies of dissertations through an online system for summer 2023 University examinations of Faculty of Ayurveda, Unani & Homeopathic eligible postgraduate candidates. The University had already notified instructions for online Dissertation submission to all colleges.

The college must complete the student profile of every candidate in the online system from 13.2.2023 to 20.2.2023. It needs to visit http://www.muhsonline.net/ for student profile updation. Every college has to update the details of each candidate carefully, including Mobile Number & Email address, in the online system, and it must be kept on the college record for future reference.

On successful updation of the mobile number & email address of the candidate, the "Assign eligible Guide link" will be active. The college will have to carefully assign eligible Guides to the respective candidate in the online system. Once a Guide is assigned, Edit/Change facility will not be available. Therefore, select the respective Guide for the student & Click on the assigned Guide. This completes the last step of student record updates.

If the name of the Guide is not reflected in the online system, the college must update the requisite details of the Post Graduate recognized Teacher in the online system by clicking on the following link: http://www.muhsonlinemet/activeteacherprofile.aspx. On successful completion of Teacher Registration, the system will generate a Login ID & Password and send an email to the respective Teacher for account activation. The teacher must log into the email account and click on account activation. The concerned Teacher needs to update their profile.

The candidate must upload a soft copy of the Dissertation in PDF form (One soft copy contains certificates Sr., another with the Dissertation). On successfully uploading the Dissertation, a link to the Payment Gateway will be available to pay the requisite fees. On successful payment of fees, a soft copy of the Dissertation of the respective candidate will be available in the College Login. A list of students, who have uploaded their dissertations, will be available in the College Login.

The respective college must verify the candidate's credentials and copy of the Dissertation, confirming the correctness of requisite information; the college will have to submit the Dissertation of all eligible candidates through the online system to the University per the following schedule.

The colleges must submit the list of candidates along with details of dissertation fees to the University under its cover letter & receipt (attested). The dissertations are expected to be submitted to the University as per the First scheduled dates with a normal fee of Rs.3850. However, the submission of dissertations with a late fee will be accepted in case of exceptional cases only for genuine reasons with appropriate comments of the respective Dean/Principal/ Director of the College. Under no circumstances will the University accept dissertations after the last date (23.59 Hrs.).
