MP DME Releases Merit List For NEET Counselling 2021, Check Out Details

Through a recent notice, the Director of Medical Education (DME) Madhya Pradesh has released the merit list for State combined counselling NEET-UG -2021.
Admission to the state quota seats of both MBBS and BDS courses is facilitated through the counselling of MP NEET 2021.
Candidates who have qualified NEET-UG scoring minimum cut-off marks can participate in the counselling process. The counselling process will have 4 rounds, first, second, mop-up, and college-level rounds. If any seats are left vacant after the second round, a mop-up round will be conducted.
NEET 2021 Counselling: Eligibility Criteria -
1. Candidate must be at least 17 years old as of December 31, 2021. There is no upper age limit.
2. Candidate must have passed Class 12 or equivalent with Physics, Biology, Chemistry and English as core subjects.
3. Candidate must be domiciled in the state of Madhya Pradesh. Those who have completed their formal education from the state, but are not domiciled in MP, can also apply.
NEET 2021 Counselling Process -
1. The candidates have to register on the official website of DME.
2. DME will release the list of participating institutes and the seats available for each category. This seat matrix will be followed by releasing the MP NEET state merit list.
3. Candidates included in the state merit list can proceed towards choice filling.
4. Based on the merit position of the candidate and the choices filled by them, DME will prepare the result for the counselling.
5. Candidates who have been allocated a seat and want to continue with it will be required to report to the respective institute for document verification. They need to carry original certificates, with two attested copies, to the allocated institute for verification.
Documents Required for Verification -
1. NEET 2021 scorecard and admit card.
2. Marksheet of Class 10 and 12.
3. Domicile Certificate.
4. Caste/community certificate (if applicable).
5. Income certificate.
