MCC Extends Deadline For NEET MDS 2024 Round-2 Resignation, Details

New Delhi- The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has extended the last date for resignation for the 2nd round of National Eligibility and Entrance Test-Master of Dental Surgery (NEET MDS) counselling 2024.

As per the notice, in this regard, the last date for the resignation module for Round-2 of MDS Counselling with ‘Forfeiture of Security Deposit’ has now been scheduled upto 10th August 2024 up to 12:00 noon. Earlier, resignation without forfeiture of the security deposit was allowed from 01:00 PM on August 01, 2024, to 06:00 PM on August 03, 2024.

In view of the requests being received from candidates who have been allotted seats through state counselling, the competent authority has decided to reactivate the resignation module for Round-2 of MDS Counselling with ‘Forfeiture of Security Deposit’ and will be available from 10:00 A.M of 09.08.2024 upto 12:00 Noon of 10.08.2024. Any resignation during this period will be treated as ‘Exit with Forfeiture’ of fees. However, this facility is being provided as a special case on the request of candidates for joining state quota seats. Hence, candidates who resign during the above stipulated time will not be able to participate in further rounds of MDS Counselling 2024, the notice read
Also, candidates are advised to ensure that their resignation is prepared online. The resignation must be prepared through the portal provided by MCC by the allotted college, failing which the resignation will be considered Null & Void.

MCC recently released the final result of the NEET MDS Round 2 Counselling 2024. As per the result, a total of 1615 students have been declared qualified for NEET MDS Round 2 Counselling 2024.
Meanwhile, as per the schedule of the MCC NEET MDS Counselling 2024, the last date for joining the All India Quota (AIQ)/Deemed & Central Universities is on 28th August 2024 and on 30th August 2024 the state counselling for the qualified candidates will be held.
With this, the Stray Vacancy for the NEET MDS Counselling 2024 is scheduled to commence on 2nd September 2024 and will continue till 14th September 2024. Below is the schedule for the MCC NEET MDS counselling for 2024.
