Maha CET Cell Extends Joining Date For Online Stray Vacancy Round 2 For BAMS, BHMS, BUMS Courses

Maharashtra: The joining date has been extended for online stray vacancy round 2 for BAMS, BHMS, and BUMS courses for Government/Government Aided Institutes. The candidates can now join till 19th February 2023 up to 5:30 pm. Maha CET Cell has announced this through a written notice.
As per the notice, the extension has been granted because of various applications received from candidates regarding extending the last date of joining for online stray vacancy round 2 and because the cutoff date for admission to AHU Courses has been extended up to 4th March 2023. The previous date of joining was till 15th February 2023.
No further extension for joining will be given, and all concerned candidates and institutes should follow the schedule strictly.
According to Maha CET Cell, at the end of online stray vacancy round 1, there were few vacant seats in Government/Government Aided colleges. Hence, the Competent Authority conducted an online stray vacancy round 2 for vacant seats.
Eligibility for UG AYUSH courses –
1. The candidates should be NEET UG qualified.
2. The candidates must be Maharashtra residents.
3. The candidates must have passed the 10+2 examination or an equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology, and English as compulsory courses from a recognized educational institution.
4. The candidates must be 17 years of age as of 31.12.2022.

The Government of Maharashtra has established a State Common Entrance Test Cell (CET CELL) under Admission Regulating Authority (ARA) as per the provision in Section 10 of the Maharashtra Unaided Private Professional Educational Institutions (Regulation of Admissions and Fees) Act, 2015.
Recently team reported that Maha CET Cell had released the revised schedule for the institutional level rounds for government/private unaided/minority BSc Nursing colleges. The eligible desirous candidates were asked to apply in person/any person to the respective College in the prescribed format till 12.2.2023, up to 5:00 pm. On 12.2.2023, 6:00 pm, the general merit list and quota-wise merit list, selection list, and waitlist were separately published on the notice board and the website of the respective colleges. The selected candidates were asked to join from 13.2.2023 to 14.2.2023, up to 5:00 pm, as per the selection released on 12.2.2023.
