KEA Releases Schedule For PG AYUSH Special Stray Vacancy Round, Details

Karnataka: Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) has released the schedule for a special stray vacancy round for PG AYUSH courses.
Detailed schedule –
1. Submission of demand drafts at KEA, Bangalore — 15-12-2023 (10.30 am to 3.00 pm)
2. Eligible candidates - Options can be entered up to — 9.00 am on 16-12-2023
3. Publication of stray vacancy round result — after 12.00 pm on 16-12-2023 - deemed as an admission
4. Last date for joining the allotted colleges — 16-12-2023 - 6.00 pm
Online stray vacancy round for vacant PG AYUSH seats will be conducted as per the schedule mentioned above. The candidates who have not been allotted AYUSH seats in the first round or second round or in the mop-up round would be eligible to participate in the stray vacancy round. The PGAYUSH seats, which may remain unfilled or cancelled or identified as vacant after second round seat allotment, online mop-round seat allotment will be conducted online.

The interested eligible candidates can participate in this round with the requisite fee in the form of a Demand Draft drawn in favour of the Executive Director, KEA, payable at Bangalore and such other required to get eligibility for counseling. (PG-2023 application printout, Verification Slip, Original Documents etc should be submitted).
The eligible candidates should submit the prescribed fees in the form of a demand draft drawn in favour of “The Executive Director, KEA” payable at Bangalore. Hence, the candidates should have obtained the demand draft well in advance by keeping in mind the bank holidays. Candidates can bring multiple demand drafts equal to the highest fees that they are interested in joining. Candidates without demand drafts will not be eligible for a stray vacancy round. After submission of the demand draft, the candidates will be eligible to enter the options.
New Registration — applying online — document verification — PGAYUSH - Stray Vacancy seats (Only for those who are NOT holding PGAYUSH-2023 Verification slip).
Interested and eligible candidates who have qualified in AIAPGET-2023 but did not register can register and apply online, and those candidates who have registered but did not apply online and candidates who have not completed the document verification can complete the online application and appear for document verification with all the required original documents to become eligible available PGAYUSH seats along with the other eligible candidates.
Registration — payment— apply online up to 14-12-2023 - 3.30 pm Document Verification and DD submission (FEES) — 15-12-2023 — From 10.30 am onwards — (At KEA, 18th Cross, Malleswharam, Bangalore - Reporting at 10.00 am). Details about the original documents to be produced for verification can be obtained from the KEA Website.
