KEA Releases Revised Schedule For Final Round Of Seat Allotment For UG AYUSH Courses

Karnataka: Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) has released the revised schedule for the final round of seat allotment for UG AYUSH courses.
The candidates can add new options/modify options/delete options till 20.2.2023 up to 10:00 am. On 20.2.2023 at 4:00 pm, the seat allotment results will be published. The selected candidates can pay the fees from 21.2.2023 till 22.2.2023 between banking hours. The admission order can be downloaded from 21.2.2023 till 23.2.2023. The last date for joining is before 23.2.2023, before 5.30 pm.
The following are the instruction issued –
1. Choice 2 candidates participate by holding a seat allotted in the first round. Higher order Options (above the allotted options) will be displayed. Candidates can add new options if they are interested.
2. Choice-3 candidates are participating without holding any seats. All the options entered by the candidates (except the allotted option) will be displayed. Candidates can add new options if they are interested.
3. Candidates who have not been allotted seats in the first round can also add new options if required.
4. Candidates who have verified and got eligible for the second round should enter the options for the second round.
5. The Choice 2 candidates are participating by holding a seat allotted in the first round; if any seat is allotted to them in this round, then their first round seat gets added to the seat matrix immediately and is offered to the next eligible candidates in the order of options and priority of options.
6. While modifying the order of options or deleting them, candidates are advised to give only options that are better than their allotted seat. If the modified option gets allotted, they lose their old seat. If none of the seats is available, then the candidate's earlier seat is retained.
7. For Choice 2 candidates, the seat allotted in the first round will be considered the last option. The Choice 2 candidates should be cautious while submitting the options. The seat allotted in the first round will become the last option, which means all the higher options saved by the candidates will be treated as options for seat allotment.
8. All the higher-order options will be displayed for entry of options; if any candidates intend to retain the same seat allotted in the first round, they must delete all such options displayed on the option entry portal. The seat allotted in the first round will also be retained in this round.

Important instructions for first-round choice 3 candidates -
1. Options entered by the candidates for the first round will be displayed during the second round. Candidates can add /enter the new options if they are interested. Candidates are advised to enter or retain only such options they are interested in taking admission. If the seat is allotted, they must compulsorily join the allotted college in the second and final round of seat allotment without giving any reasons /excuses.
2. The Choice 3 candidates are participating without holding a seat allotted in the first round; if any seat is allotted to them in this round, then such will be confirmed in their favor, or if no seat is allotted to them, then they will not do not have any seat in their favor.
3. While entering the options, candidates are advised to give only such options that are better than their allotted seat, and for those options, candidates are willing to join the college/course in case the seat is allotted.
4. Consequential vacancies that arise after their turn cannot be claimed.

1. Candidates who have newly verified for the second round should enter the options of their choice for the available seats. While entering the options, candidates are advised to give only such options if they are willing to join the college/course in case the seat is allotted.
