KEA Extends Deadline For Fee Payment, Reporting By MBBS, BDS, AYUSH Candidates, Details

Karnataka: KEA announces the payment of fees and reporting to college date has been extended for round 2 UG medical, dental, and AYUSH courses.
The Karnataka Examinations Authority conducts counselling for undergraduate courses, which includes MBBS/ AYUSH/ Dental Degrees based on NEET UG score/ rank list. KEA conducts counselling for 85% state quota and 100% private colleges seats.
The last payment date for UG courses fees has been extended till 14th March 2022 till 4:00 pm. Previously it was till 10th March 2022. The candidates can pay the fees during banking hours only. Now the candidates can report to the college till 15th March 2022 till 5.30 pm.

Candidates who have been allotted government seat in private medical colleges and private seats in private medical colleges and Non-Karnataka candidates who have been allotted a private/management medical or dental seat in private colleges and also private AYUSH seat in AYUSH colleges needs to deposit original documents and collect the admission order and report to the college.
Candidates must carry all the documents in original and a self-attested copy to the verification center. Candidates who complete the verification process successfully is issued an acknowledgement slip.
Round 2 seat allotment was conducted based on the final options submitted by the candidates and based on merit. After which, the round 2 seat allotment results will be published. Candidates note consequential vacancies that arise during the allotment after the candidate merit/turn cannot be claimed. The seat allotment results were announced on 8th March 2022 at the official website https://cetonline.karnataka.gov.in/kea/.
NEET UG counselling is held online for admission across government and private medical colleges across Karnataka. The counselling comprises two rounds and a mop-up round which is conducted if any seats are left vacant after round 2. The whole counselling process will be held online and conducted in 4 stages: registration, choice filling, seat allotment, and reporting.
