Eligible Candidates (How to Apply):-
Candidates/ applicants should sign on each page of the application form as well as on the photograph pasted on the application form and attach attested photocopies of all relevant certificates relating to age, qualifications, and experience along with the requisite application fee (as applicable) and send to this Institute on the following address with the envelope SUPERSCRIBING: "Application for the position of Junior Resident" on or before the last date of receipt of application form i.e. 12.10.2022. The Institute will not be responsible for any postal delay. No application form will be accepted by hand.

Documents To Be Produced In Original At The Time Of Interview:-
The Candidate should bring the following original documents and one set of self-attested photocopies at the time of the Interview with the application form: -
I. Identity Proof (PAN Card, Passport, Driving License, Voter Card, Aadhar Card, etc.)
II. Proof of application fee deposit (as applicable).
III. Address Proof. IV Certificate showing Date of Birth. (10th Certificate/ Birth Certificate)
V. Four recent passport-size photographs.
VI. Class 10th & 12th Certificates.
VII. MBBS Mark sheets & Certificates.
VIII. FMGE Certificate conducted by NBE (For Foreign Graduate - MBBS).
IX. Attempt Certificate.
X. Registration with Medical Council of India/ State Medical Council/ National Medical Council.
XI. Experience Certificate (Copy of completion of Internship for medical candidates)
XII. Reservation category Certificate (OBC*/SC/ST/PwBD) (*Candidate should belong to a non-creamy layer of Central List of OBC).
XIII. Any other relevant documents.
Note: A candidate who has not produced the above-mentioned original documents before INTERVIEW will not be considered.
