INI CET January 2023 Counseling To Be Held On 26th December 2022: PGIMER

Chandigarh: The counseling schedule for admission to MD/MS course for candidates for INI-CET (January 2023) conducted by AIIMS New Delhi will be held on 26th December 2022. The Post Graduate Institute of Medical Education and Research (PGIMER) announced this through a written notice. Merit wise list of the candidate has also been released.
Per the notice, the counseling will be held at 2:00 pm in the Bhargava Auditorium, PGIMER, Chandigarh. The candidates are requested to be seated in the auditorium at 1:45 pm.
All the qualified and eligible candidates are directed to submit the required documents, which are mentioned against their names, through email, i.e., mdmspgi@gmail.com, or in person at Room No. 307, Training Branch, Kairon Block, PGIMER, Chandigarh by 24.12.2022.
The candidates are also required to produce one set photocopy of other documents, i.e., 10th Certificate, MBBS Degree, Internship Certificate, MCI/NMC certificate, and original of NOC and Sponsorship Certificate from their respective employers at the time of counseling, failing which they will not be considered for admission.
INI-CET is administered by the Examination Section, AIIMS New Delhi, in consultation with nodal officers from all INIs. AIIMS, New Delhi, is the sole authority for the conduct of all aspects related to the Combined Entrance Test, such as application, the conduct of exam, declaration of results, and Seat Allocation, as its responsibility is limited to these aspects of INI-CET only.
Admission/Seat allocation into any participating INI will be governed by the rules and regulations of respective institutes as applicable. The Heads of Institutions of respective INIs will administer it.

1. Phase I: Application
2. Phase II: Examination
3. Phase III: Seat Allocation
Postgraduate Institute of Medical Education and Research is a public medical university in Chandigarh and was conceived in 1960 as a center of excellence. It has educational, medical research, and training facilities for its students, including all specialties, super specialties, and sub-specialties. Apart from clinical services, PGI also provides training in almost all disciplines of Medicine, including postgraduate and post-doctoral degrees, diplomas, and fellowships. Admission to post-doctoral and postgraduate courses conducted at PGIMER is made twice a year. The sessions commence in January and July. Admission to the courses is made on merit on an all-India basis.
