Bidar:After being found guilty in a medical negligence case, an obstetrician and gynaecologist at the Government Mother and Child Hospital in Basava Kalyana has been suspended and transferred to another healthcare facility on charges ofdereliction of duty. According to an order issued by the Commissioner of the Health and Family Welfare Department, the doctor has been transferred to the Community Health Centre at Kudalasangama in Hungund taluk of Bagalkot district.
