Andhra Pradesh: Dr. YSR University of Health Sciences has opened the window for exercising web options for the 3rd and final phase of web-based counseling for Post Basic BSc Nursing 2YDC and 2nd phase of web-based counseling for BSc Nursing 4YD course under competent authority quota seats for the academic year 2023-24. The detailed seat matrix has also been released.
The candidates can exercise the web options up to 10.00 PM on 08.11.2023 through the website mentioned in the notice below. For Post-Basic BSc Nursing, both Service and non-service candidates can exercise web options.
The candidates whose names are present in the final merit list displayed after verification of copies of Original Certificates and addendum issued thereafter, if any, are only eligible to exercise web options.
The BSc Nursing candidates who secured admission in 1st counseling and wish to change their college according to their merit can exercise their web options. The candidates who have not joined the colleges allotted and have not been allotted any college during Phase-I counseling can also exercise web options in Phase-II of counseling.
The Post-Basic BSc Nursing candidates who secured admission in earlier counseling and wish to change their college according to their merit can exercise their web options. The candidates who have not joined the allotted colleges in earlier phases of web counseling and also those who have not exercised web options till now can exercise web options.
Candidates are advised to exercise web options as per their choice, irrespective of the vacancies.

For BSc Nursing, the second phase of counseling will be conducted for the following vacancies –
1. Unfilled seats after phase – I
2. Non-joining of the candidates in phase - I
3. Seats in the newly permitted colleges
4. The vacancies that may arise during the process of phase – II counseling
For Post Basic BSc Nursing 3rd and Final phase of counseling will be conducted for the following vacancies –
1. Unfilled seats after phase – II
2. Non-joining of the candidates in phase - II
3. The vacancies that may arise during the process of phase – III and final counseling
All vacancies available as of that date release of allotments will be filled.
Candidates, while giving options, should note that the seats vacated by the candidates selected in earlier counseling and slid to another college will be added & allotted simultaneously during this counseling. The allotted seat in previous counseling will be canceled automatically on allotment of another college as per their option in this phase of counseling.
