Dr YSR University Of Health Sciences Notifies On Mop Up Round For MBBS Counselling

Andhra Pradesh: Dr Y.S.R. University of Health Sciences released the details for MBBS admissions under the competent quota for the academic year 2022-23. The seat matrix under the management quota has also been released.
The counselling under the competent authority quota will be conducted for the following (except sports & games) quota available due to the non-joining of allotted candidates in Phase II.
Non-Eligibility -
1. The candidate's allotted seats in Phase-I to Phase-II counselling (both reported and not reported candidates) are not eligible for this Mop-up round.
2. The joined candidates up to round 2 of A.I.Q. or State Quota shall not be eligible to participate in the further rounds for All India Quota or State Quota from the academic year 2022-23 onwards.
Eligibility –
1. The candidates in the Provisional Final Merit list and subsequent Addendum & Corrigendum, if any, under the Competent Authority Quota and not allotted MBBS seats in earlier phases of counselling are only eligible.
Candidates note that the seats reserved for the Sports & Games quota will be filled as and when the final priority list is received from the Sports Authority of Andhra Pradesh.
Candidates can download the provisional allotment order on payment of the University Fee of Rs.10600 through the payment gateway. The students can log in and view the college-wise list of selected candidates on the website. They check their final allotment on the website, take the printout of the allotment letter from the portal, and report to the respective colleges on or before the date specified on the Provisional allotment letter.
The candidates need to pay the tuition fee to complete the admission process, failing which the admission process will be cancelled. Candidates who are allotted seats in the mop-up round counselling must report to the allotted college with all original certificates, provisional allotment order and provisional verification copy and pay the tuition fee and college fee. The original certificates will be verified at the college, and in case of any discrepancy, the provisional allotment will be cancelled, and action will be initiated as per University regulations.
Suppose any candidates want to withdraw from the course after the closure of admissions in the middle of the course. In that case, such candidate has to submit their request through the Principal of the college concerned along with a course discontinuation fee of Rs.300000 for MBBS plus G.S.T. as applicable to the University by way of demand draft drawn in favour of the Registrar, Dr Y.S.R. University of Health Sciences, payable at Vijayawada.
The requests received directly from the candidates for withdrawal from the MBBS course will not be entertained under any circumstances. Any request shall be routed through the Principal concerned only as per the G.O.Ms.No.72, H.M. & F.W. (C1) Dept, dated.15-07-2019.
Seat Details - Due to the non-joining of candidates total of 57 seats are left for this round.
