Vijayawada: The process of exercising web options for Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing (2YDC) and Paramedical Courses (BPT, B.Sc. MLT, B.Sc. Nursing) at 2 newly permitted colleges have begun, announced Dr NTR University of Health Sciences. The last date to exercise the web option is 30th May 2022, 4:00 pm.
This process is carried out to fill the vacant seats under the Competent Authority Quota after phase 1 counselling and seats in the newly affiliated colleges in the above courses. The 2 new colleges include Balaji College of Nursing, Tirupati, and Royal College of Nursing, Kakinada.

Eligibility criteria for exercising web options online -
1. The candidates whose names are present in the final merit list displayed after verifying copies of original certificates are eligible to exercise web options.
2. The candidates, who secured admission in phase 1 and wish to change their college according to their merit, can exercise their web options.
3. The candidates who have not joined the colleges allotted during phase 1 can also exercise web options in phase 2.
Candidates should exercise web options as per their choice irrespective of the vacancies. Candidates, while giving options, should note that the seats vacated by the candidates selected in phase 1 and slid to another college will be added & allotted simultaneously during this counselling. The allotted seat in phase 1 will be cancelled automatically on the allotment of another college as per their option.
The second phase of counselling will be conducted for vacant seats after phase 1, non-joining candidates in phase 1, seats in the newly permitted colleges, and the vacancies that may arise during phase 2.
