Tripura: NEET UG & PG 2022 Counselling Refund Process

The Director of Medical Education (DME Tripura) has released a written notice for the process to be followed by the candidates who have not yet received the refund.

DME has requested all the eligible candidates who have not yet received the refund of their security deposit to send the particulars immediately by filling up the following format and sending it through e-mail to directormetripura@gmail.com or to the postal address of the Director Medical Education, Bidurkarta Chowmohani, Agartala -799001.

Format to be followed:

• Name of the Candidate
• NEET UG/PG 2022 Roll Number
• NEET UG/PG All India Rank
• Registered Mobile Number
• Security Deposit Amount
• Relation in the Account holder from which Account the security deposit was paid

To which bank account the security deposit is to be refunded:

• Name of the Account Holder
• Name of the Bank
• Name of the Branch
• Address of the Bank
• Account No.
• IFSC Code
• Transaction ID with Date

The particulars shall have to be sent by filling up the above format along with one copy of each of the following:

• The first page of the bank passbook having particulars of the Account and Bank to which the candidate wishes to get the said refund; the page is printed with particulars of the Bank & Account holder and duly signed by the candidate
• Acknowledgement Receipt of "Security deposit."
• NEET UG/PG 2022 Score Card of the Candidate
• The page of the passbook where it is printed about the said deposit, which was sent online for security deposit previously
• Transaction ID with date /Bank Deposit Receipt

The Directorate of Medical Education under the Health & Family Welfare Department, Govt. of Tripura, started functioning on 15th October 2011. This Directorate deals with matters relating to Medical Education, like Medical Colleges, Regional Pharmacy Colleges, Nursing Colleges in Government and Private Sector, Nursing Education, Paramedical Education, etc. This Directorate conducts Post Graduate courses in respect of some medical colleges.
