Gujarat NEET PG and NEET MDS Round 2

Gujarat NEET PG and NEET MDS Round 2

The Director of Medical Education (DME Gujarat) has begun the choice-filling process for round 2 of NEET PG and NEET MDS courses. The non-reported candidates list of round 1 has also been released.

Detailed Schedule

  • 2nd Round Choice Filling – up to 29/08/2023 03:00 pm
  • Display of Choices filled by candidates - 29/08/2023 up to 12:00 midnight
  • Processing for Seat allotment - 31/08/2023 & 01/09/2023

The candidates (who have not been allotted any seat OR allotted seat but not confirmed OR confirmed their admission OR cancelled their admission during the previous round of admission), can participate in the 2nd round, i.e., all the candidates who are included in the Merit-list of ACPPGMEC can participate in the 2nd round of ACPPGMEC. It is not compulsory to cancel the admission of the first round to participate in the second round.

The candidates who want to participate in the second and subsequent rounds have to give online consent for participation in the 2nd round, otherwise, the candidate will not be considered during the allotment process. To participate in the 2nd round, the candidates have to log in to the website www.medadmgujarat.org using their User ID and Password to give online consent for participation in that round.

The candidates can change/swap/add/delete their filled choices of the 1st round.

If the candidate's admission is upgraded to the new seat, they have to take a print of the allotment order of the 2nd Round and report to the same help centre at which they have reported in the previous round to get their new admission order. In case they don’t report to the help centre within the stipulated time, their new admission is treated as cancelled. Hence, in this scenario, they do not have admission to any seat.

If the candidates who have confirmed admission to the 1st round and have given consent to participate in the 2nd round have been allotted any new different seat (upgradation of admission), the admission of the 1st round will get automatically cancelled.

If the candidates who have confirmed admission to the 1st round and have given consent to participate in the 2nd round have not been allotted any new different seat, the admission of the 1st round will be continued.

The candidates who have participated or have not participated in the 2nd Round, the first round can also be upgraded to the same college and same subject by change of category (i.e. ST / SC / SEBC / EWS to General category or PwD to non-PwD seat) or change of quota (State Quota (GQ) to Institutional Quota (UQ)), there is no need to report the help centre for confirmation of admission.
