DME Gujarat To End 4th Stray Vacancy Round Allotment, Reporting For MBBS, BDS Admissions 2024 On November 5

Gujarat- The Director of Medical Education (DME) Gujarat is soon going to end the allotment and reporting process for the 4th online stray vacancy round for MBBS and BDS courses for the academic year 2024.
As per the schedule, the online payment of tuition fees, reporting, and submission of original documents started on 30th October and will end on 05th November 2024.
For all the eligible candidates who are included in the Merit List of ACPUGMEC, for admission to Government Seats and Management Seats of Medical & Dental Undergraduate courses in Government and Self-Financed Colleges for the academic year 2024-25, schedule for the 4th round of Allotment & Reporting is as follows-

STEPS FOR ADMISSION CONFIRMATION
Step 1- Open the website for UG admission.
Step 2- Login into your account.
Step 3- Check your Allotment status.
Step 4- Print the Allotment letter and take an appointment at a nearby help centre from your log-in.
Step 5- Print fees challan (for all students) & make online payment through the ACPUGMEC portal.
Step 6- Go to a nearby designated HDFC bank (fees can be deposited by means of Cash or DD Only).
Step 7- If you have paid fees at the Bank counter collect the fee receipt provided by HDFC bank and also, your fee challan stamped by HDFC bank.
Step 8- Visit the selected help centre for an appointment with the Original Documents mentioned in the Allotment letter with fee receipt and challan certified by HDFC bank.
Step 9- Submit original documents in A3 (11*15 inches) Appropriate size cover with your details written on it (as per website) with fee receipt.
Step 10- Collect your admission order signed and stamped by the nodal officer from the help centre and secure it for further rounds.
