Gujarat NEET UG Counseling Results

The Director of Medical Education (DME Gujarat) has released results for the round 2 counseling process for NEET UG courses. The detailed schedule for reporting, the last rank, and the list of candidates required for reporting at the help center have also been released.

The result includes Student Name, Merit No, Cat Merit, NEET Score, ADM Cat, College, AIQ Rank, User ID, and Adm Round. To view the result, click on the link below:

The allotted candidates can pay the tuition fee online or at the designated branch of HDFC Bank till 03/09/2023 (03:00 pm). Reporting & original document submission at the help center can be done till 04/09/2023 (04:00 pm). The help centers are working from 10.00 am to 04.00 pm. Help centers will be closed on Sundays and Public Holidays. Candidate has to take a prior appointment for the Document Submission at the Help Center. Candidates can select the date and help center for document submission at the time of printing the allotment letter.

Candidate can download his allotment letter and tuition fees challan from his account after login with the help of User ID & Password. Candidate can pay the tuition fees OR difference of fees (in case of fees paid during the first round) of allotted college either by online payment mode through the official website of ACPUGMEC OR by cash OR by Demand Draft through a designated branch of HDFC bank (List of designated bank’s branches is available on admission committee’s website medadmgujarat.org).

If the candidate has paid fees via the online payment module, the candidate has to visit directly the help center with the online receipt of fee payment. OR If the student has paid tuition fees by Cash OR Demand Draft through a designated branch of HDFC bank, then he/she has to collect 02 copies of the receipt generated from HDFC bank and get the bank stamp on the copy of challan.

For NRI Candidate [Only newly allotted candidate] - A candidate who has been allotted a seat in the NRI category for the 1st time has to pay Rs. 5.00 lakh (as Refundable Deposit) by online payment gateway or cash or Demand Draft in favor of “ACPUGMEC” payable at Gandhinagar in the designated HDFC bank’s branches approved by ACPUGMEC. After that, students have to confirm their admission by submitting Original Documents at the help center. Then, the candidate has to pay prescribed tuition fees in US Dollars or an equivalent amount in any other currency up to 03.00 pm on 06th September 2023 at the admitted institute. If any candidate fails to deposit the fees at the admitted institute in the stipulated timeframe, the admission will be treated as canceled. ACPUGMEC will refund the deposit amount of Rs. 5.00 lakh after the completion of the whole admission process.

The following documents have to be submitted at the help center:

  • Allotment Letter of ACPUGMEC
  • Receipt of Payment of Tuition Fees at Bank/Online
  • Tuition Fees Receipt generated through Admission Module
  • Print Copy NEET-UG mark sheet of the current academic year
  • Std. 10th Marksheet
  • Std. 12th Marksheet
  • Document showing the place of birth & Date of Birth & Indian Citizenship (School leaving Certificate/ Transfer Certificate- compulsory for all candidates & Birth Certificate/ Passport--If birthplace not mentioned in School leaving certificate/Transfer Certificate)
  • Domicile Certificate for students born outside Gujarat (with signature and stamp of Authority) issued by Competent Authorities (Mamlatdar/Executive Magistrate/Commissioner of Police) of Gujarat State only
  • For SEBC, ST, and SC Category: Caste certificate issued by Competent Authorities of Gujarat State only
  • For SEBC Category: Non-creamy layer certificate (Parishistha ‘4’ in Gujarati/English) issued by Competent Authorities of Gujarat State only issued after Dt:01/04/2021
  • For EWS (Economically Weaker Sections) Category: EWS certificate issued by Competent Authorities of Gujarat State only issued after Dt:01/04/2021
  • Copy of Passport (if Citizenship is Dual)
  • Fitness Certificate
  • Any other document as per requirement
