Gujarat: The Director of Medical Education (DME Gujarat) has released the reporting schedule for the 5th online round for CPS Diploma courses for the academic year 2023-24. The non-reported seat of round 4 and the list of help centers have also been released.
Detailed schedule –
1. Display of seat Allotment - On or before 10/01/2024
2. Online Payment OR Payment of Fees at a designated branch of Axis Bank - 10/01/2024 - 11/01/2024 (03:30 pm)
3. Reporting at Help Center - 10/01/2024 (10:00 am) - 11/01/2024 (05:00 pm)
The non-reported seat of round 4 and the list of help centers have also been released. The help centers are located in Ahmedabad, Vadodara, Bhavnagar, Surat, Jamnagar, Rajkot, and Patan. The detailed lists are enclosed in the notices below.
Recently, DME released that 7 seats are still vacant for CPS Diploma courses. These seats are vacant for the Diploma in Pathology and Bacteriology (DPB) at 4 colleges.

Further DME has informed that payment of tuition fees has been extended till 10/01/2024, from 10:00 am to 3:30 pm, and reporting at the help center for submission of original documents & collecting admission orders for vacant seats round the CPS course has been extended to 10/01/2024 from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm. The Government of Gujarat had constituted the "Admission Committee for Professional Post Graduate Medical Educational Courses (ACPPGMEC)" to regulate the admission of candidates to the CPS Diploma courses. The mission assigned to this Committee is to carry out the counseling process fairly and transparently. The admission process is conducted by this Committee strictly based on the candidate's merit.
