DME Gujarat Announces Schedule For 10th Online Round For Vacant Seats Of BAMS, BHMS Courses

Gujarat: The Director of Medical Education (DME Gujarat) has announced the schedule for the 10th online round for vacant seats fee payment & reporting for BAMS & BHMS courses.
The online payment or payment of tuition fees at a designated branch of HDFC bank can be done till 15/01/2024 (03:30 pm). Offline fee payment at a designated HDFC Bank branch can be done during Banking hours on working days only. The reporting & original document submission at the help center can be done till 16/01/2024 (04:00 pm). Help center working hours: 10.00 am to 04.00 pm. Help centers will be closed on Sundays & public holidays.
In the 10th round, admission will be given on non-reported seats of the ninth round and newly added seats. After choice-filling, ACPUGMEC will declare the result per the merit number and choices filled out by the candidate.
Candidates can download their allotment letter and Tuition fees challan from their account after login with the help of the User ID & Password. Candidate can pay the Tuition fees OR difference of fees (in case of fees paid during the previous round) of allotted college either by online payment mode through the official website of ACPUGMEC OR by cash OR by Demand Draft through a designated branch of HDFC bank. The list of designated branches of HDFC Bank is available on the DME website.
If the candidate has paid fees via the online payment module, the candidate has to visit the help center directly with the online receipt of the fee payment. OR If the student has paid Tuition fees by Cash OR Demand Draft through a designated branch of HDFC bank, then he/she has to collect 02 copies of the receipt generated from HDFC bank and get the bank stamp on the copy of the challan.
Candidate has to take a prior appointment for the document submission at the help center. Candidates can select the date and help center for document submission at the time of printing the allotment letter.

After payment of tuition fees, the candidates who have been allotted seats, have to submit their original documents at the appointed Help Centre as under –
1. Allotment Letter of ACPUGMEC
2. Receipt of Payment of Tuition Fees at Bank/Online
3. Tuition Fees Receipt generated through Admission Module
4. Print Copy NEET-UG mark sheet of the current academic year
5. Std. 10th Marksheet
6. Std. 12th Marksheet
7. Document showing place of birth & Date of Birth & Indian Citizenship (School leaving Certificate/ Transfer Certificate- compulsory for all candidates & Birth Certificate/ Passport--If birthplace not mentioned in School leaving certificate/Transfer Certificate)
8. Domicile Certificate for students born outside Gujarat (with signature and stamp of Authority) issued by Competent Authorities (Mamlatdar/Executive Magistrate/Commissioner of Police) of Gujarat State only
9. For SEBC, ST, and SC Category: Caste certificate issued by Competent Authorities of Gujarat State only
10. For SEBC Category: Non-creamy layer certificate (Parishistha ‘4’ in Gujarati/English) issued by Competent Authorities of Gujarat State only issued after Dt:01/04/2021
11. For EWS (Economically Weaker Sections) Category: EWS certificate issued by Competent Authorities of Gujarat State only issued after Dt:01/04/2021
12. Copy of Passport (if Citizenship is Dual)
13. Fitness Certificate
14. Any other document as per requirement
Candidates should bring an envelope of 11 x 15 inches (Appropriate size). Write the following details on the envelope with the marker.
List of candidates, who are allotted the seats of BAMS/BHMS in the 10th Online Round but have not confirmed their admission by taking an admission order from the help center i.e., the candidates who have not paid the prescribed tuition fee of the college and thereafter original documents have not submitted at the designated help center of the admission committee has also been released.
