DME Gujarat PG Ayurveda and Homeopathy Courses

The Director of Medical Education (DME Gujarat) has announced the rank-wise results for the 3rd mop-up round of PG Ayurveda and Homeopathy courses. The last rank, list of candidates who require reporting to the help center, seats left vacant after the 3rd round, non-reported seat list of the 2nd round, and canceled seat list of the 2nd round, have also been released.

The results include STUDENT NAME, MERIT NO, Cat Merit, MERIT MARKS, ADM Cat, Adm Seat Type, AIQ Rank, USER ID, Round, College, and Branch.

The candidates who have been allotted a seat need to pay fees online or at a designated branch of Axis Bank. The fee can be paid from 7.3.2023 (noon) until 10.3.2023 (3.30 pm). Payment of tuition fees can be made by online payment or by cash, or by Demand Draft in favor of "ACPUGMEC" payable at Gandhinagar at designated branches of Axis Bank approved by ACPPGMEC (List of designated branches of Axis Bank is available on the admission committee's website www.medadmgujarat.org) during banking hours (Closed on banking holidays).

Reporting at the help center can be carried out starting from 7.3.2023 (noon) till 13.3.2023 (4.00 pm). The candidates note that the help center's working hours are 10.00 am to 4.00 pm (on working days only). Candidates have to make a prior appointment for document submission at the help center. They can select the date and time for document submission at the time of printing the allotment letter.

In the 3rd online mop-up round, admission will be given on newly added seats (if any), non-reported seats of the 2nd round & canceled seats after the 2nd round, and subsequent vacant seats due to allotment on the above seats.

The candidates whose allotments have not been upgraded:

  • The candidates, who have confirmed their admission to the 2nd round of ACPPGMEC by paying term fees and submitting all required original documents, and whose allotment has not been upgraded (no change in the admitted subject; and no change in admitted college) in the 3rd online mop-up round, need not report to the help center.
  • The candidate who has participated or not participated in the 3rd online mop-up round, the admission 2nd round can also be upgraded in the same college and same subject by change of category (i.e., ST / SC / SEBC / EWS to General category or PwD to non-PwD seat), there is no need to report to the help center for confirmation of admission.

The candidates whose allotments have been upgraded:

  • The candidate whose allotment has been upgraded (change in admitted subject and/or change in admitted college) in the 3rd online mop-up round have to report at the help center for confirmation of admission to the 3rd round.
  • Payment of difference in tuition fees, if any, can be done by online payment or by cash or by Demand Draft in favor of "ACPUGMEC" payable at Gandhinagar at designated branches of Axis Bank approved by ACPPGMEC (List of designated branches of Axis Bank is available on the admission committee's website www.medadmgujarat.org) during banking hours (Closed on banking holidays). Fees will be adjusted according to the payment of tuition fees for admission to previous Rounds. Excess fees will be refunded at the end of the whole admission process.
  • To secure admission to the 3rd online mop-up round, the candidate must report to the same help center as reported in the previous round with the required documents. For confirmation of admission, take the admission order for the 3rd online mop-up round from the help center.

The candidates, who have confirmed their admission to the previous round of ACPPGMEC by paying term fees and submitting all required original documents, and whose allotment has been upgraded in the 3rd online mop-up round have to submit the following documents as under:

  • Allotment Letter of ACPPGMEC of 3rd Online Mop-Up Round
  • Original Admission Order of previous Round of ACPPGMEC
  • Photocopy of Receipt of payment of tuition fees/token amount for previous Round/ Rounds of ACPPGMEC
  • Original Receipt of Payment of Difference of Tuition Fee, if applicable

The candidates who have been allotted seats for the first time:

Payment of tuition fees can be made by Online payment or by cash, or by Demand Draft in favor of "ACPUGMEC" payable at Gandhinagar at designated branches of Axis Bank approved by ACPPGMEC (List of designated branches of Axis Bank is available on the admission committee's website www.medadmgujarat.org) during banking hours (Closed on banking holidays).

The candidate has to submit their original documents as under:

  • Allotment Letter of ACPPGMEC
  • Tuition Fee Receipt showing the paid one term (6 months) fees for SFI Colleges / Rs. 20000 (annual fees) for Govt. Colleges at Axis Bank
  • All-year BAMS/BHMS mark sheets
  • 12 months internship completion certificate
  • Copy of AIA-PGET- 2022 Mark sheet
  • Showing the place of birth & Date of Birth & Indian Citizenship (School leaving Certificate/ Transfer Certificate/ Passport/ Birth Certificate)
  • Provisional / Permanent Registration of Gujarat Board of Ayurvedic & Unani System of Medicine OR Central Council of Indian medicine / Council of Homoeopathic System of Medicine Gujarat State OR Central Council of Homoeopathy (Renewal Registration certificate if previous Registration is expired)
  • For SEBC, ST, and SC Category: Caste certificate issued by Competent Authorities of Gujarat State only
  • For SEBC Category: Non-creamy layer certificate (Parishistha' 4' in Gujarati/English) issued by Competent Authorities of Gujarat State only as per Govt. norms issued after Dt: 01/04/2020
  • For EWS (Economically Weaker Sections) Category: EWS certificate issued by Competent Authorities of Gujarat State only issued after Dt: 01/04/2020
  • Copy of Passport - if Citizenship is Dual/ Foreign
  • Photo Copy of the Disability Certificate issued by a Competent Authority

Failing to bring any original document, the candidate will have no right to admission.

DME has further notified that seats are still vacant after the 3rd round. A total of 19 seats are vacant for both courses. Homeopathy has 8 seats, and Ayurveda has 11 seats vacant. The detailed seat matrix is enclosed in the notice below.
