Chhatisgarh: The Director of Medical Education (DME) has released the counselling schedule for the Mop-Up round for NEET PG Courses.
Detailed counselling schedule for Mop-Up round –
Mop-Up round registration – 25th March 2022.
Merit list uploaded – 25th March 2022.
Scrutiny date – 26th March 2022, 10:30 am till 27th March 2022, 5:00 pm.
Reporting to allotted college – 26th March 2022, 10:30 am till 28th March 2022, 5:00 pm.
For the Mop-Up round, the candidates will have to report to the lecture hall Pt. Jawahar Lal Nehru Memorial Medical College, Raipur. Scrutiny and entry place will be mentioned in the allotment letter of the candidate. The candidates will have to report on time for the counselling process. No late comings will be entertained.
If any category seats are canceled, then the change of category will be done immediately on the spot, and allotment will be done accordingly.
Candidates are requested to keep the necessary documents and the bond ready for the counselling process. Admission receipts will have to collect by the candidates. In the absence of the receipt, the admission will not be considered valid.
The Mop-UP round's previous schedule was on 14th March 2022 but was canceled. The schedule has been canceled because of the reduction of the cutoff marks.
The candidates to thoroughly go through the details related to the admission process before registration. In addition, they should be careful while filling out the application form because if any error is found in the application, the corrections edit fee will be charged.
