Candidates participating in online counseling for Diploma in Nursing must remit a non-refundable amount of Rs.250/- online as a processing fee via Debit Card/Credit Card/Net Banking. The online counselling shall make admission to diploma in nursing courses based on rank by applying the rule of reservation. The procedures for online counseling will be published on the official website.
The candidates who have not registered and have not locked the choice for the 1st round of online counseling will not be permitted to the subsequent rounds of online counseling. Those absent at the scheduled time and date of online counseling will not be considered for admission. However, the Selection Committee reserves the right to permit the candidate to attend the online counseling if a valid reason for absence is communicated to the Selection Committee. The candidate, so permitted, can only claim College available at the time of online counseling when they attend.
Once the candidates lock their choice during the online counseling, it cannot be changed later. Request for a change of College from one to another is not permitted after an option has been exercised. Those who have taken a seat and not joined the courses are not eligible for the subsequent rounds of online counseling.
The candidates selected for admission should give a self-declaration form when reporting to the concerned College that they are liable for forfeiture of selection/admission if suppression of facts or misinterpretation is found at any time during or after the admission to the course.
The allotted candidates should download their provisional allotment order and join the course in the concerned Medical College/Institution on or before the stipulated date and time. They will have to produce their original certificates in person when joining their selected Colleges, along with a photocopy of the originals to the concerned Colleges.
If the candidates do not report to the Head of the Institution they are allotted on or before the time and date specified, your selection and /or admission will be canceled without further notice.
A total of 57 are allocated for diploma in nursing courses.
