CENTAC To Close Course Preferences Window Today, Check Seat Matrix For MBBS, BDS, BAMS Admissions 2024

Puducherry- The Centralised Admission Committee (CENTAC) has published the seat matrix for National Eligibility and Entrance Test-Undergraduate (NEET UG) 2024 courses i.e. MBBS, BDS, BAMS into Government, Management, Self-Supporting & NRI Quota seats in Government and Private Medical Institutions in Puducherry.
As per the notice in this regard, all UG NEET candidates who wish to update their course preferences for Round 1 allotment of UG NEET courses can do so on or before 5 PM today i.e., August 29, 2024. However, no request for change in course preferences will be considered after the course preferences are closed or allotment has been done.
It is to be noted that, candidates are solely responsible for their course preferences, hence they must take due care while filling/updating their course preferences. Also, candidates whose course preferences are empty will not be considered for allotment.

Below are the details of the seat matrix-
1 180 seats are vacant for admission of students in 1st year MBBS course at Indira Gandhi Medical College & Research Institute, Puducherry for the academic year 2024-25. Of these, 131 seats are vacant in the Government quota, 27 seats in the All India Quota (AIQ) and 22 seats in the NRI quota.
2 110 seats are vacant for admission of students in 1st year BDS course at Mahatma Gandhi Post Graduate Institute of Dental Sciences Puducherry for the academic year 2024-25. Of these, 44 seats are vacant in the Government quota (including 10% of the EWS Quota), 44 seats in the self-financing/sustaining seats, 17 seats in the All India Quota (AIQ) and 05 seats in the NRI quota/.
3 63 seats are vacant for admission of students in 1st year BAMS course at Rajiv Gandhi Ayurveda Medical College and MAHE for the academic year 2024-25. Of these, 44 seats are vacant in the Government quota, 09 seats in the All India Quota (AIQ), 09 seats in the NRI quota/ and 01 seats are vacant in the Malaysian Quota.
4 650 seats are vacant for admission of students in 1st year MBBS course and 200 seats are vacant in the BDS course for Government, Management, NRI and Minority Quota in unaided Private self-financing medical/dental colleges for the academic year 2024-25.
