Through a recent notice, Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maha CET Cell has informed that the admission to BSc Nursing course will be done on the basis of the NEET 2021 result.

"Aspiring candidate for B.Sc.Nursing course should note that the admission to B.Sc.Nursing course will be done on the basis of NEET-UG2021 result. All the aspiring candidates for BSc Nursing course should take note of the same," stated the Maha CET Cell notice.

The information to this effect was earlier announced by the National Testing Agency, NTA, the exam body for the conduction of NEET 2021 based on the recommendation of the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS), the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare regarding utilization of NEET 2021 Result by the admitting Colleges / Institutions regarding B.Sc (Hons.) Nursing Course, a general provision relating to the subject matter was made in the NEET 2021 Information Bulletin (Clause 5.1.4), which as follows:

"The Result of NEET (UG) - 2021 may be utilized by other Entities of Central and State Governments, in accordance with their respective eligibility criteria / other norms /applicable regulations/guidelines/ rules. The result data will also be utilized for B.Sc. (H) Nursing courses in accordance with their respective eligibility criteria / other norms /applicable regulations/guidelines/ rules".

  • Online Submission of Application Form through Website: https://neet.nta.nic.in/
    13 July 2021 to 6 August 2021 (upto 11:50 PM)
  • Last date of successful transaction of fee through Credit/Debit Card/Net-Banking/UPI / Paytm Wallet:
    7 August 2021 (upto 11:50 PM)
  • Correction in Particulars of Application Form on the website only:
    8 August 2021 to 12 August 2021
  • Announcement of the City of Examination:
    20 August 2021
  • Downloading of Admit Cards from NTA website:
    To be released 03 days before the Examination
  • Date of Examination:
    12 September 2021 (Sunday)
  • Duration of Examination:
    180 minutes (03 hours)
  • Timing of Examination:
    02:00 PM to 05:00 PM (IST)
  • Centre, Date and Shift of NEET (UG) - 2021:
    As to be indicated in the Admit Card
  • Display of OMR Sheets/ Responses and Answer Keys to the Candidates:
    To be announced later on the website
  • Declaration of Result to the Candidates on NTA website: https://neet.nta.nic.in/
