Bangalore:Bioconhas announced theappointmentof Rajesh Umakant Shanoy as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the company. This follows the cessation of Ekta Agarwal as the Interim Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from close of business hours of September 09, 2025. "We would like to inform you that based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors at its meeting held on September 09, 2025 has approved appointment of Rajesh Umakant Shanoy (ICSI Membership No.: ACS 16328), as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer (being Key Managerial Personnel) of the Company with effect from September 10, 2025 pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 6 of SEBI Listing Regulations and Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013," Biocon stated in a BSE filing. Biocon Limited, publicly listed in 2004, is a global biopharmaceutical company. It has developed and commercialized novel biologics, biosimilars and complex small molecule APIs in India and several key global markets, as well as generic formulations in the US and Europe.
