Detailed Schedule

• The last date is extended for online registration/application and deposition of application and security deposit for fresh applicants: 14.11.2022
• Last date of correction in the online filled application form: 14.11.2022
• The last date for submitting willingness for Mop Up round of counselling by all the candidates (already registered candidates and fresh applicants) and deposition of security fee: 14.11.2022
• PCMS incentive category candidates NOC submission date: 14.11.2022
• The candidates who will apply under the Sikh Minority/Christian Minority Quota reporting date: 15.11.2022 at 10.00 AM
• Display of Provisional Merit List of candidates who will submit a willingness to participate in the Mop-up round of online counselling: 17.11.2022
• Candidates will fill/submit the online choices/preferences of speciality/college: 18.11.2022 to 21.11.2022

Fee Structure

The following fee has to be paid, including GST, through the university payment portal:

• General - Rs. 5900
• SC - Rs. 2950

Instructions

1. Fresh registered candidates will have to submit willingness along with a security deposit for Mop Up round of online counselling, failing which their candidature will not be considered.
2. PCMS incentive category candidates will submit NOC from the competent authority of the Punjab Govt. through email (pgadmissionsbfuhs@gmail.com). The candidates who have already submitted NOC need not submit again.
3. The candidates applying under Sikh Minority/Christian Minority Quota will report to the respective minority institution (SGRD Institute of Medical Sciences, Amritsar / Christian Minority College, Ludhiana) for verification of minority status. The candidates who have already verified their minority status need not verify again. The candidates who have registered under Minority Quota during 1st / the 2nd counselling and did not get verified their minority status can also demonstrate the same for the Mop-up round of counselling.
4. The rest of the schedule (allotment result/joining dates etc.) will be intimated through the university website later.
5. The date/schedule for the Stray vacancy round will be intimated later through the University website.

Eligibility for the Mop Up Round

• The candidates who are registering for the first time.
• The candidates who have not joined the allotted seat of 2nd counselling and exit with forfeiture of fee can apply afresh for the Mop Up Round.
• The candidates who need not apply afresh for the Mop Up Round of Counseling - The candidates who are already registered but have not been allotted any seat in Rounds I and II. (these candidates must submit willingness and the requisite security deposit for the Mop-up round of counselling).
