Patna: The first offline counselling has been announced by the Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB) for Postgraduate dental admission for the session 2021 into government and private dental colleges of the state.
As per the notice, it is to inform all concerned that the list of eligible candidates amongst the list of NEET[MDS]-2021 qualified candidates, received by the National Board of Examination (NBE)/ Health Department, Govt. of Bihar, who have duly submitted online application for admission to the First year of the MDS courses in Govt./ Private Dental Colleges of Bihar for 1st Counselling on vacant seats is given below merit wise.
All the concerned candidates are informed that the interview will be held on 21.10.2021 at 10:00 A.M. for the unreserved category. The following is the row-wise merit ID:

The above list includes all the NEET (MDS)-2021 qualified candidates who have filled up online application till 18.10.2021 and are eligible for admission in Govt./ Private Dental colleges of Bihar that are as follows:
(1) Patna Dental College, Patna
(2) Buddha Institute of Dental Science & Hospital, Kankarbagh, Patna
(3) Mithila Minority Dental College & Hospital, Darbhanga.
All concerned and above candidates will report at BCECE Board's office, IAS Bhawan, Near Patna Airport, Patna at 10.00 A.M. on 21.10.2021 as per the above Counselling Programme with all original documents as mentioned below.
(a) Each candidate desirous of opting seats in any of above mentioned Private Dental Colleges, has to come with all required original documents and a Bank Draft of Rs. 50,000/- (Fifty thousand) only in favour of Controller of Examination, BCECE Board payable at Patna. If the candidate is allotted seat and doesn't take admission on his allotted seat, the deposited amount will be forfeited and in case of taking admission, the amount will be transferred to the concerned Institution and will be adjusted against her / his fees. The candidates have to show the bank draft at the time of giving his/ her attendance at the attendance counter and have to submit the required bank draft and original certificates at the entrance gate of counselling hall otherwise he/she will not be allowed to participate in counselling.
(b) If the candidate is allotted seat on merit-cum-choice basis, he/she has to take admission with deposit of rest of the fee amount to the concerned institution within 4 days from the date of his/her seat allotment/counselling i.e. latest by 25.10.2021.

iii. Certificate for Economically Weaker Section (EWS).
iv. College leaving certificate.
v. Rotatory Internship Completion Certificate
vi. BDS Passing Certificate
vii. Mark sheets of BDS (I, II & III Parts).
viii. No objection certificate from the employer (if applicable).
ix. Dental Registration Certificate.
x. Original Matric Certificate.
xi. Admit Card of NEET(MDS) - 2021.
xii. Score Card of NEET(MDS) - 2021.
xiii. Any other certificates in support of the eligibility as required and mentioned in the prospectus of PGDAC-2021 (available on website).
xiv. Rank Card of PGDAC-2021.
xv. Six copies of the passport size photographs of previously filled application form of PGDAC-2021.
xvi. Hard Copy of filled application form (Part-A and Part-B) of PGDAC-2021.
xvii. The Check Slip as downloaded along with Biometric Identification Report Form 1 (one) copy.
The BCECE Board / Controller of examination reserves the right to amend/rectify any of the conditions of the prospectus of PGDAC-2021 before the counselling of PGDAC-2021.
