Aurobindo Pharma arm Eugia Pharma B.V incorporates wholly owned subsidiary in Chile

Hyderabad:Aurobindo Pharma Limitedhas announcedthat Eugia Pharma B.V, a wholly owned stepdown subsidiary of the Company, has incorporated a new wholly owned subsidiary in Chile by the name of Eugia Pharma Chile SpA. In a regulatory filing with the BSE, Aurobindo Pharma stated that the newly incorporated entity will focus on expanding its pharmaceutical products business in Chile. According to the company, Eugia Pharma Chile SpA was incorporated onOctober 7, 2025, with an initial subscription to the share capital ofCLP 1,000,000 (USD 1,050), divided into 100 shares of CLP 10,000 each.
