New Delhi:The alleged mastermind behind creating a group ofdoctorslinked to the 10/11 Red Fort blast is reportedly the female doctor arrested in the case, according to a recent media report by NDTV. People aware of the investigation told the Daily that the female doctor, recently arrested in connection with the Delhi car blast near Red Fort, played a major role in building a secret network of what is popularly termed now as "White Collar Terror Module". The accused, a doctor from Lucknow who worked atAl-Falah Universityin Faridabad, was reportedly in charge of forming a team of terror doctors. She created teams of five doctors each and chose a team leader. She then only contacted the team leader to avoid suspicion. The group's interactions were deliberately limited to protect the identities of most members and prevent other teams from being exposed if one group was caught. "The limited interaction was to maintain the team's confidentiality and to avoid interrogation of the other teams in case a member was caught," said theNDTVsource. The exact number of teams that were created by the doctor is currently under investigation. The National Investigating Agency (NIA), investigating the deadly car blast incident, are also working to identify the doctors who were members of the team. Apart from recruiting doctors for the team, the accused female doctor was also tasked with establishing the women's wing of the Pakistan-based terror group Jaish-e-Mohammed (JeM) in India. She was handed charge of the India branch of the JeM's women's wing, Jamaat ul-Mominaat, which is headed by JeM founder Masood Azhar's sister, Sadia Azhar, in Pakistan, as per NDTV sources. had reported that the deadly car blast near the Red Fort area in New Delhi on November 10 killed 15 people and injured several others.
