Shillong: The North Eastern Indira Gandhi Regional Institute of Health & Medical Sciences (NEIGRIHMS), Shillong has released 18 Vacancies for the Assistant Professor post on Adhoc Basis. The selection will be done on the basis of interview.
NEIGRIHMS was established by the Government of India in 1987. It has been designed as a Postgraduate Medical Institute in the lineage of AIIMS, New Delhi and PGIMER, Chandigarh. It is the First Postgraduate Medical Institute in the North Eastern Region and the Third in the Country established by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India.

Total no of vacancies: 18
The Vacancies are in the Department of - Dermatology, ENT, General Medicine, General Surgery, Medical Oncology, Nephrology, Neurosurgery, Neurology, Paediatrics, Radiotherapy, Surgical Oncology, and Urology.

Note:
1. Interested and eligible candidates can submit their applications in prescribed proforma (Annexure-I) along with a scanned copy of their certificates by email to neigrihms.recruitment@gmail.com.
2. In view of the COVID-19 pandemic, the interview will be conducted through Video Conferencing. Based on the recommendation of the Selection Committee, the result will be declared and appointment letters to the selected candidates will be sent individually by email/speed post.

vii. DM/Mch/MD/MS/DNB passed certificate
viii. Verification certificate of DNB degree verified by NBE.
ix. Medical Registration Certificate for MBBS/MD/DM/Mch/MS/DNB/Diploma
x. NOC from the present employer (if employed)
xi. Experience Certificate (if applicable)
xii. Residence Certificate issued by a competent authority or Aadhar card or voter ID or Passport
xiii. Integrity/Character Certificate from the last Institute worked with.
