New Delhi: All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS, Delhi) has released the schedule for online institute allocation for admission to DM/M.Ch/MD(HA) courses of INIs for the July 2022 session.
Schedule for 1st round of online institute allocation -
1. Exercising of Choices (Institute against applied subject/specialty) - 14th May 2022, 11.00 am to 17 May 2022, 5.00 pm
2. Announcement of institute allocation – 21st May 2022
3. Online acceptance of allocated institute - 23rd May 2022, 11.00 am to27th May 2022, 5.00 pm
4. Reporting and submission of documents/security deposit: 23th May 2022, 11.00 am to27th May 2022, 5.00 pm
Schedule for 2nd round of online institute allocation –
1. Exercising of Choices (Institute against applied subject/specialty) – 31st May 2022, 11.00 am to 1st June 2022, 5.00 pm
2. Announcement of institute allocation – 4th June 2022
3. Online acceptance of allocated institute - 6th June 2022, 11.00 am to 10th June 2022, 5.00 pm
4. Reporting and submission of documents/security deposit - 6th June 2022, 11.00 am to 10th June 2022, 5.00 pm
Schedule for 3rd round of online institute allocation –
1. Exercising of Choices (Institute against applied subject/specialty - 14th June 2022, 11.00 am to 17th June 2022, 5.00 pm
2. Announcement of institute allocation – 23rd June 2022
3. Online acceptance of allocated institute – 24th June 2022, 11.00 am to 30th June 2022, 5.00 pm
4. Reporting and submission of documents/security deposit - 24th June 2022, 11.00 am to 30th June 2022, 5.00 pm
The list of eligible candidates for online institute allocation will be published before the start of choice-making. The qualifying marks will be 50% of the total marks. The institute allocation will be done in order of merit among the candidates registered within/on a specified date & time.
The link for the portal will be activated only for eligible candidates on "MyPage" accessible by logging in using the credentials that have been used for filling completion of the application form and other processes related to INI SS for admission to DM/M.Ch/MD(HA) courses for July 2022 session in www.aiimsexams.ac.in.
AIIMS has further notified that the information brochure and other details for the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd rounds of institute allocation will be uploaded separately. The schedule for online registration participation in the on-the-spot admission round (if needed) will be informed on the website separately.
