IMPORTANT POINTS
1 All candidates provisionally qualified for Stage-II are mandatorily required to make a city choice in the portal through MyPage from 19 to 22 April 2024 upto 5.00 PM. AIIMS reserve the right to allocate any examination centre irrespective of the choice of the city made. All candidates shall remain prepared accordingly.
2 Admit card for Stage II will be released on 2nd May 2024 and the status & city of examination will be informed one week before the date of examination.
The online (CBT) for NORCET Prelims Stage- I was held on Sunday, April 14, 2024, and Online (CBT) for Stage- II for NORCET Mains will be held on Sunday, May 5, 2024.
The NORCET-6 test is being conducted to recruit Nursing Officer posts at Level 07. The test pattern involves a CBT-based paper with sections on nursing subjects and general awareness and aptitude. It is conducted in two stages, each with 100 questions. The first stage is preliminary which is just a screening test, the final selection list is prepared on the basis of the performance of the candidates in the Mains which is the second stage of NORCET-6. Upon successfully clearing the NORCET-6 Exam, the appointed candidates for Nursing Officer posts will be placed at Level 07 in the Pay Matrix, with a pre-revised pay band -2 is Rs. 9300-34800 with grade pay Rs. 4600/-, as per the vacancies available in Group-B respective institutions for AIIMS New Delhi and other AIIMS.
