
AIIMS INI SS January 2024 Session: 1 JIPMER Seat Added To Open Round Seat Matrix

New Delhi- The Examination Section of All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi has announced through a notice about the addition of available seat position in various subjects/specialities for the open round of allotment of INI-SS. This pertains to admission to DM, M.Ch and MD (Hospital Administration) courses for the January 2024 session.
As per the notice, a vacant seat has been added to the DM-Neurology course from the Jawaharlal Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education and Research (JIPMER). Earlier, there was one seat. Now, the number of general seats has been revised to 01, as well as the number of seats is also 01.

Further, it is noted that candidates are permitted to fill the choice for any institute for which any seat was published before the first round of counselling irrespective of the published vacancy of the Open Round, as during the allotment for the Open Round, Vacancy may change in any institute.
Lastly, candidates are urged to refer to the official AIIMS website, which is mentioned in the notice for additional guidance, details on available seats, eligibility criteria, and comprehensive information. Furthermore, candidates are advised to regularly visit the website as all subsequent corrigendum/addendum/updates will be uploaded on the website only.

As per the previous notice of AIIMS, there are total 361 seats where DM/MCH has 333 seats and MD Hospital Administration has 28 seats available in various subjects/specialities for the open round of allotment of INI-SS.
Meanwhile, the schedule of online registration for Open Round Admission for Institute Allotment has also been announced earlier. As per the announcement, the online selection of options to participate in the open round of allotment of institutions for admission to DM, MCH, MD (Hospital Administration) course for the January 2024 session took place from 5:00 PM on February 1, 2024, to 5:00 PM on February 6, 2024. The result of the institute allotment for the subject applied in the open round is set to be announced on February 9, 2024. Reporting and document submission are scheduled from February 10, 2024, at 11:00 AM, til February 17, 2024, at 5:00 PM.
