AIIMS Bathinda Notifies On Stray Vacancy Round INI CET Counselling, Check Details

                                    Punjab- Through a recent notice, the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), Bathinda has informed about the Stray vacancy round counselling for INI-CET DM, MCh, MD, MS and MDS July 2024 Session.
As per the notice, the candidates need to report at 9 am onwards tomorrow i.e. August 30, 2024. The venue is Ground Floor, Admin Block, AIIMS Bathinda.
All the concerned candidates seeking DM, MCh, MD, MS & MDS Admissions in All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), Bathinda college are advised to take note of the following schedule: -
All candidates willing to participate in the stray round are informed to download the attached application form and submit the duly filled-in form with one set of Xerox copies of the requisite self-attested documents.

• The final seat position may vary on the day of the counselling.
• All reserved seats will be converted to the general category as per the policy of INI-CET July 2024 counselling in case no reserved category candidate is available.

1.All candidates who are made provisionally eligible during the INI-CET MD/MS/MDS July 2024 session and who are not holding any seat by allocation are eligible to participate at AIIMS Bathinda in the Stray Round of Seat Allocation.
2. All candidates who have been allocated a seat in any Previous Round of seat in any previous Round of seat allocation and have Joined/Reported on Allocated seat as per procedure of Joining/Reporting & Holding the seat are not eligible for the Stray Round of Counselling.
3. All participating candidates must carry original documents where accepting a seat will be treated as on-the-spot admission and original documents will be deposited on the spot. Non joining on any accepted seat will lead to imposition of penalty as applicable to student resigning after admission.
4. Any candidate submits any document which is not valid as per the prospectus and any notice published will be treated as providing false information.
For example:
a) Submitting a document which is not issued between dates as prescribed in the prospectus and submitted by a candidate to obtain eligibility despite knowing the fact that certification is not valid as not issued as prescribed in prospectus.
b) Applying in anticipating of obtaining desired qualification and not obtained on the date as required.
c) False reporting on caste, age, gender, date of acquiring eligibility, date of completion of internship.
d) Any other information which is not true as required in prospectus/ notice and submitted in order to dispute at later stage.
5. If it is established, at any time during the process of Seat allocation of INI-CET July 2024 or later, that applicant has deliberately furnished incorrect information for the purpose of falsification, it shall be treated as an attempt to cheat and the candidature shall be annulled and further legal and disciplinary actions will be taken.
6. Please take utmost care and read and understand the above carefully before participating in the stray vacancy round.
7. All candidates who would be allocated a seat in stray vacancy round of INI-CET MD/MS/MDS July 2024 session are required to join allocated seat in AIIMS Bathinda after they are found medically fit immediately or latest by 5 PM on 31.08.2024. If the candidate does not join the allocated seat, the amount of 3 Lakh penalty would be imposed for returning the deposited original documents and no correspondence will be entertained in this regard.
8. The allocation of seats will be made strictly as per merit of candidates in the entrance examination, as per the choice of subject preference and on the terms and conditions as mentioned in the INI-CET Prospectus July 2024.
9. Further, if any seat remain vacant in category shall be converted as per the conversion algorithm mentioned in INI-CET Prospectus July 2024 of AIIMS Delhi as follows (This is only for MD/MS/MDS) :

10.The following original documents are to be produced for Stray vacancy round counselling is as below:
1) Date of Birth certificate (or Matriculation certificate)
2) Admit card issued by AIIMS New Delhi
3) Rank / Score card of INI-CET July 2024
4) 12th certificate
5) MBBS mark sheets 1st, 2nd and 3rd Professional Examinations
6) MBBS Degree certificate
7) MD/MS Marksheet (Only for DM/MCh).
8) MD/MS Degree certificate (Only for DM/MCh).
9) Permanent or Provisional Registration certificate of MBBS degree from NMC/ State Medical Council
10) Internship completion certificate
11) Category certificate.
12) Passport size photographs (05 No.)
Note: Candidate should bring one set of Xerox copies of above-mentioned certificates with self-attestation.
•All disputes pertaining to the conduct of the examination by AIIMS and seat allocation will be subject to the jurisdiction of Bathinda only.
